About
Fallout 2 Community Edition is a full reverse engineering of the original executable into portable C++. It plays the original game faithfully while fixing engine bugs and running natively on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
No game content is included. You copy the Community Edition executable into your own Fallout 2 installation, where it uses the original data files.

What you need
The port contains none of the game. These come from your own copy and stay on your machine.
Your Fallout 2 installation
Fallout 2 from GOG, Steam or Epic, installed. The Community Edition uses its master.dat, critter.dat, patch000.dat and data folder.
Setup

Install Fallout 2 from GOG, Steam or Epic.

Extract the downloaded archive and copy fallout2-ce.exe into your Fallout 2 installation folder.

Run fallout2-ce.exe instead of the original executable.
